1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments, treatments and services provided by Dr Libby Clinic.

2. Clinic Opening Days

The clinic is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Availability may vary and appointments are subject to confirmation.

3. Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, by email or via social media. A deposit may be required to secure certain treatments.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours' notice or less, a £25 cancellation fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the time reserved specifically for your appointment.

5. Non-Attendance

Patients who fail to attend without notice may be charged the full consultation fee or asked to pay a deposit before future bookings are accepted.

6. Deposits and Payments

Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment. Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

7. Medical Suitability

All treatments are subject to medical assessment. Dr Libby Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

8. Results and Expectations

Individual results vary. No guarantee can be given regarding specific outcomes, as treatment responses differ between patients.

9. Aftercare

Patients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect treatment outcomes.

10. Photographs

Clinical photographs may be taken for medical records and, with written consent, for marketing purposes.

11. Pricing

Treatment prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed quotations will be honoured for the agreed period.

12. Refund Policy

Payments for treatments already provided are non-refundable. Concerns will be assessed and addressed appropriately.

13. Liability

Dr Libby Clinic accepts no responsibility for losses arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

14. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with the clinic's Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
